About SOMOS
Built in Albuquerque. Held to a higher standard.
SOMOS means “we are.” We are here, we are ready, and we are building the security company New Mexico has been asking for.
Our story
Why SOMOS exists
Ask property managers about their security vendor and you hear the same things: officers who are not where they should be, reports that never arrive, and a supervisor nobody can reach.
SOMOS Security LLC was founded in 2026 to change that. We pair licensed officers, armed or unarmed, with written post orders, verified patrols and reporting you can read. Operations begin in January 2027 in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe and Los Lunas.
Our leadership lives here, our officers are hired here, and our reputation will be earned here, one shift at a time.
Leadership
Accountable people, by name.
You will know who is responsible for your account before you sign.

- Operational disciplineWritten orders, verified presence and documentation as a habit.
- Honest reportingIf something went wrong, the report says so.
- Responsible growthWe take on the accounts we can serve well.
