What we collect
- Information you send us. When you request an assessment, apply for a job, or submit a client service request, we store the details you provide (name, company, email, phone, message, and any résumé) so we can respond.
- Technical information. Our web server records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics. If enabled, Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data through cookies so we can understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal information.
How we use it
To respond to your request, evaluate job applications, provide services to clients, protect the site from abuse, and improve our content. Form submissions are emailed to our team and stored in our website’s database. We keep inquiries for up to 24 months and job applications for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required by law.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run this site and our business (hosting, email delivery, analytics, and, if you become a client, our operations software), and when required by law. We never sell or rent personal information.
